From the 7th November to 18th December 2011, bookings can be made every monday and  tuesday morning from 09.00am to 12.00pm. From Sunday 18th December until mid April, bookings can be taken during the nursery opening hours of 09.00 – 17.30 (mornings preferably) Sunday to Friday. (Closed Saturdays).

When contacting us we require the following information:

Your exact holiday dates; full name and age of your child; the formula required (6 x mornings, 6 x afternoons or 6 x full days).  We also require your full postal address so we can send out the reservation form to you.

You then have 2 weeks in which you need to fully complete and sign the forms to send  back to us . The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of: the total booking amount; the 5 euros subscription fee to the Outa association, completed booking form and the completed coupon attached to the nursery rules, duly signed and dated.

Payment can be made either by a Euro cheque or credit card.  For credit card payments we need the full credit card number, expiry date and the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. The booking must be done in the correct time frame of two weeks. A receipt of payment and confirmation of booking, will then be sent to you by post.

Refunds will only be made in the case of “exceptional circumstances”.
