Intern rules of

I - The Halte Garderie OUTA is an association Law 1901. To benefit the services of the association, a payment of 5 euros (per family) is asked for on the first day at the crèche (cash only).

II - The creche is open from Sunday to Friday during the winter season – From monday to friday during the summer season.

HALF DAY FORMULA: 9h to 13h - 13h30 to 17h30
February half-term (4 weeks) : 8h30 to 12h30 – 13h30 to 17h30

ALL DAY FORMULA: 8 hours maximum. Children should arrive no later than 11h.

III - Children must be aged between 3 months and 5 years, we take a maximum of 30 children. Babies must be weaned.

IV - The parents must inform the OUTA Manager of any previous or present disease or illness.

Parents have to supply a medical certificate or the red health book or a doctor’s note to allow collective childcare. Handicapped children can be cared for if they do not endanger the other children and as long as their care is not too arduous.

V - Children must be vaccinated against the following diseases : Tuberculosis, Polio, Tetanus, Diphtheria,

VI - The halte garderie will not accept children showing signs of illness or whose brothers or sisters are showing sickness symptoms.

VII - A doctors note must be provided for any medical treatment or special dietary requirements. Parents must provide meals if a special diet is required .

VIII - In case of absence the nursery director must be informed as soon as possible. Parents will be reimbursed upon the presentation of a doctors note no later than the second day of absence. The deposit paid in advance will be deducted from the total amount.

IX - In case of an accident or illness during the childcare, the parents authorize the Halte-Garderie Manager to make all arrangements by signing a written authorization.

X - The parents must supply :
- the nappies (minimum 2 for half day, 3 for full day)
- changing clothes
- baby’s bottle, baby’s milk.

Fresh food brought by the parents is not accepted and only food in seal proof jars i ; e Heinz.

XI - Clothes :
- marked with the name of the children
- suitable to weather conditions : - with winter gloves attached to the anorak
- with summer sun cap and sun cream

The nursery is not responsable for the theft or loss of jewelry or the loss or deterioration of clothes and personal possessions.

XII - If possible prepare your child for collective childcare before his stay at OUTA.However, if he/she has difficulty in adapting to the routine, the creche staff retain the right to reduce his/her hours or to ask that an alternative child care arrangement should be made. A reception part-time is preferable if your child is not used to the day nursery.

XIII - The parents must give their home address and holiday address with a contact telephone number.

XIV - Only the parents or an authorized person will be allowed to pick up the children after childcare.

XV - The parents must respect opening hours. If they are late, the OUTA manager can inform the police of Morzine.
